Default a delaminating panel...how do I fix it?

my bird is suffering from a dlaminated side panel...port side aft corner near transom..just above water line....not a fiberglassed over wood hull except at joints......is there an eiser way to fix other than knifing off the outer separated lam and fiberglassing flush? ..been outa water for 3 yrs....now in a barn.(tried to include a picture but it failed on me too many times) .....Pete

Default delamination ans

One of the suggested ways to fix delaminating decks is to drill small holes in the lamination and force epoxy into the holes with a syringe. West Epoxy sells the syringes. Clamp the laminated section to the hull while everything hardens (about 3 days)
